We're not a huge fan of Terms and Conditions but we understand their use. We don’t feel a lengthy document full of legalese that you accept without reading helps our mission. We’ve kept the terms of the Hattusia Campus as simple and easy to read as possible to help you and us.

Data Policy

Respecting your privacy means that we collect as little data as possible and that we do not share this with third parties unless necessary to run our website & courses, advertise and send you our newsletter.  Our full policy around the use of data can be found here.

Course Access, Content and Behaviour

​

All courses and course materials  are owned by Hattusia, unless expressly otherwise stated. We want our attendees to be able to speak their mind without fear of repercussions and as such none of the live workshops are video or audio recorded, and future discussion of the information within the events should abide by the Chatham House Rules. We expect our workshop attendees to respect these rules too - so any form of event recording or any effort to replicate the event is strictly forbidden.

All Hattusia courses are open to everyone with a ticket. As such you are expected to act with respect and consideration towards other attendees. If you are not acting in an acceptable manner you will be removed from the event. 

 

Payments

We use Eventbrite, Paypal and Wix Payments. You can see their full conditions here. 

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Hattusia reserves the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Should your workshop be cancelled you will be offered an alternative date to attend.
You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund for any reason up to 48 hours before an event start time. 

 

Limitation of Liability

Hattusia offers advise and support. How you use this resource is unique to you and is not something Hattusia will take responsibility for. You agree that you will have no recourse to seek damages against Hattusia for the decisions you make after using Hattusia’s products.

 

You fully accept these risks and you agree that you will have no recourse to seek damages against even if you suffer loss or damage from using our platform and Services. In legal, more complete language, to the extent permitted by law, we (and our suppliers, partners, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, or personal injury or death), whether arising in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, or otherwise, and even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of damages in advance.
